Good location to discover Chiang Mai. Friendliness of staff. Good breakfast choices. Hotel own transport to town.

Bar service was not available at quoted times (until 10.30 p.m.). We tried to order a bottle of wine one evening at 10 p.m. and this was not possible. Tried next day for another evening. Staff was helpful and we managed. Asked staff to help with a flight regarding change of seats - we were told to use the internet.

Located just off the banks of the river, this hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the city. The night market, city attractions, and everything in Chiang Mai can be easily reached on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a pool and gym, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and not up to par with other options in town.

Great traditional style and very clean facilities, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal, walking distance from the city center and yet in a peaceful area. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the room was inadequate and made it difficult to do things like applying makeup. Additionally, the room felt like it could use some updating and fresh paint.

Rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The pool and garden area are well-maintained. They offer a complimentary tuk tuk service. Great location for Songkran festival.

Absolute gem away from the city

We stayed at Puripunn Hideaway for four nights and it was truly a gem. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The spacious room was beautifully designed with a comfortable king size bed and a luxurious bathroom that we absolutely loved. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and freshly made eggs. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a short walk away from the old city and the night market. The pool was a peaceful oasis and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. we had an amazing experience at Puripunn Hideaway and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious stay in Chiang Mai.

We recently stayed in this lovely boutique hotel, which we stumbled upon in an unlikely alleyway. The hotel is well-situated near many city attractions on foot, yet just outside the busy center of the city. Our room was superb, with lovely views over the immaculately maintained pool and garden area. We were pleased with the friendly service, good breakfast, and the option of shuttle service.

Although the food was good, we found the prices a bit pricey compared to nearby restaurants.

The room was a bit small, but still comfortable. The only downside was the cold pool, which was not ideal for swimming.
